Description

The Reina Diva is a best-selling ladder-style heated towel rail built from 25mm diameter cross-tubes – a thicker bar than most competing rails, chosen to deliver stronger heat output and a more substantial feel on the wall. This 500mm-wide range spans heights from 800mm up to 1800mm, in both a straight/flat bar profile and a gently curved bar profile, and is available in chrome, white, black, or anthracite finishes depending on size.

Every rail is constructed from durable mild steel and supplied with 4 wall brackets, wall anchors, fixing screws, an end plug, and an air vent, ready for wall-mounted installation. Manufactured to BS EN 442 and backed by a 5-year guarantee from Reina, the Diva suits everything from compact cloakrooms to full family bathrooms.

Radiator Valves Required
Reina’s Diva range works with a wide selection of matching valves. For central heating only installation, choose a Reina Portland or Modal valve pair in a finish matching the rail (chrome, white, black, or anthracite). For dual-fuel use, you will additionally need a T-piece and a compatible heating element. For electric-only installation, a heating element and electric-only filling liquid are required in place of valves. Valves, elements, and filling liquid are all sold separately.

Fuel Type Compatibility
All 500mm-width Diva rails up to 1600mm height are compatible with central heating, dual-fuel, and electric-only systems (with the appropriate accessories). The 1800mm-high models are central heating only and are not recommended for dual-fuel or electric-only use.

Part Number Clarification
The part number AG50180CC corresponds to the 500mm x 1800mm curved chrome rail per Reina’s own product datasheet. A separate part number, AG45180CC, covers the 450mm x 1800mm size. This page lists AG50180CC under its correct 500mm width.

25mm Cross-Tubes
Thicker than standard ladder rail bars, giving a premium feel and stronger heat output per rail.

Flat or Curved Profile
Choose the straight/flat bar look or the softer curved bar design to suit your bathroom style.

Four Finishes Available
Chrome, white, black, or anthracite options across the range, depending on size and profile.

Multi-Fuel Compatible
Central heating, dual-fuel, and electric-only compatible on heights up to 1600mm, with the right accessories.

Complete Fixing Kit
Supplied with wall brackets, anchors, fixing screws, an end plug, and an air vent for a full installation.

BS EN 442 Compliant
Manufactured and heat-output tested to the BS EN 442 European standard for heated towel rails.

Are valves or a heating element included?
No. All rails are supplied without valves or heating elements. Choose the correct accessory for your fuel type: valves for central heating, valves plus a T-piece and element for dual-fuel, or a heating element and filling liquid for electric-only.
What is the difference between the flat and curved profile?
Both use the same 25mm tube diameter and deliver the same heat output at a given size. The flat profile has straight horizontal bars, while the curved profile has a gentle bow across each bar for a softer, more contemporary look.
Can the 1800mm-high rail be used with an electric heating element?
No. The 1800mm-high models in this range are rated for central heating systems only and are not recommended for dual-fuel or electric-only conversion, unlike the shorter heights in the range.
Why does AG50180CC show a different output figure to the other 1800mm models?
AG50180CC’s output is quoted at the ΔT50 European standard directly from Reina’s curved-rail datasheet, while the flat 1800mm models in the table are quoted at ΔT70 from distributor sources. ΔT70 figures read higher for the same physical rail, so the two aren’t directly comparable without converting to the same basis.
What comes in the box?
Each rail includes 4 wall brackets, 4 wall anchors, 4 fixing screws with washers and security screws, 1 end plug, and 1 air vent.
What guarantee does this towel rail carry?
Reina provides a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee against manufacturing defects, provided the rail is installed and maintained correctly.
